Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience on position project/product / technical team management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Technical knowledge (web technologies and terminology)
- Technical understanding of web environment
- English language proficiency, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Jira
- Good understanding of the agile development process
- Knowledge of Confluence
- Good internal communication skills in order to translate business requirements into technical tasks
- Resource planning skills
Responsibilities:
- Development and QA team organization
- Task planning and organization
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivating team members
- Managing reports and documentation
- Work closely with other team members
